When Classical Meets Jazz Fundraising
Concert for Wheels and Wheelchairs
Every November, people in the United Kingdom wear poppies to pay tribute and remember those who have sacrificed themselves to secure and protect the nation, as well as being a part in the national service of remembrance. Still many war veterans suffer from loss of vision because of war, diseases and accidents. They need help to build their life back into society.
Push Hands Team is a social enterprise dedicated to improve the welfare of vulnerable groups in the UK by helping charities to increase awareness of such people's needs and to raise much-needed funds. With Music as their means to communicate, this time Push Hands Team would like to awaken your sense of care towards blinded veterans.
With continued practice of charity concerts in the UK to help vulnerable groups, this October, Push Hands Team will hold “Light in Music” fundraising concerts, which conducts music composed by world famous classical music composers, Liszt, Rachmaninoff, Ravel, Piazzolla and many more, performed by international professional musicians.
We would like to invite you to attend this enjoyable concert to support Blind Veterans UK Charity and 100% of the ticket sales proceedings will be donated to the Blind Veterans UK Charity.
